What we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, organisation membership.
- Customer content: projects, part libraries, 3D model files, and related metadata you store in cloud features.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store card numbers.
- Usage data: basic logs (authentication events, API requests) needed to operate and secure the service.
Why we collect it
To provide and secure the service, sync your data between your devices and team, process payments, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Where it is stored
Data is hosted with Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) in the Sydney, Australia region, on underlying cloud infrastructure (AWS). Subprocessors: Supabase, AWS, Stripe (payments), and our transactional email provider. Some subprocessors may process limited data outside Australia (APP 8 cross-border disclosure) — we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Public catalogue
Parts you mark public are visible to all users along with your organisation's name as publisher. Do not include personal information in part data.
Security
Access controls (row-level security), encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and least-privilege API keys. No method is 100% secure; we will notify affected users and the OAIC of eligible data breaches as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Access, correction, deletion
Email support@panelprostudio.com to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Account deletion removes personal data within 30 days except where retention is legally required. Complaints: contact us first; you may also complain to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
Overseas users (GDPR note)
If you are in the EU/UK, our lawful bases are contract performance and legitimate interests; you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection.
Changes
We will post updates here and notify you of material changes.
